Tried to call and schedule an appointment. Usually the line rings and there’s no answer but they call back later. They called me back and refused to book me in and said I had been a “no show” at my last appointment, I said that wasn’t possible as I have never no showed and was so confused but the woman on the phone just repeated no to me and wouldn’t communicate! I checked my call history with their phone number and confirmed that I had tried to call to cancel the appointment I had made that morning but there was no answer to my call and I missed their return call later. They won’t pick up my calls now so I can explain. Very unprofessional and accusatory of the customer when I had tried to do the right thing. Refusing my business over a miscommunication out of my control is a shame :(

I can’t say enough good things about this place! And Sue!! She is amazing and meticulous. I come monthly for a pedicure, so much time and care are taken. Also, this spa is sooooo clean. I love the care and attention Sue takes with every single detail.
